1. About These Terms
These terms govern your use of marymais.com and any orders you place through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, reach out before you order and we will be happy to explain.
2. Products
Mary & Mais handmakes pão de queijo in a home kitchen in Tampa Bay, Florida. Products are sold frozen. All four flavors are naturally gluten free and contain dairy and eggs. We operate a nut-free kitchen. If you have food allergies beyond those listed, please contact us before ordering — we want you to be safe.
3. Orders
Orders are placed through the form on this website. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us via WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline an order if we have reached capacity for the week or if your address falls outside our delivery zone.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are per dozen and subject to change without notice. Current pricing at time of publication:
- One-time orders: $24/dozen, 2-dozen minimum
- Biweekly subscriptions: $21/dozen, 4-dozen minimum
- Monthly subscriptions: $18/dozen, 6-dozen minimum
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available within greater Tampa Bay on Sundays. Orders must be placed by Friday at noon for that Sunday's delivery. We deliver to your door personally. Someone must be present to receive your order — products arrive frozen and cannot be left outside in Florida heat.
We will confirm your delivery window with you the day before, so there is time to adjust if something comes up on your end.
6. Missed Deliveries
If no one is home when we arrive, we will retain your order and contact you right away. A $5 missed delivery fee will be charged to cover the cost of the trip. We will offer a refund of your order value minus the fee, or reschedule your delivery for the following week, whichever works better for you.
7. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically on the cadence you select (biweekly or monthly). To pause or cancel, contact us via WhatsApp at least one week before your next scheduled delivery. We do not charge cancellation fees.
8. Refunds
We want you to be happy with every order. If something is wrong with your delivery, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receipt and we will make it right. Refunds and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not issued for change of mind after delivery.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mary & Mais is a home-based food business operating under applicable Florida cottage food laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website or our services after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this section reflects the most recent revision.

1. What We Collect
When you place an order through this website, we collect: your name, WhatsApp phone number, delivery address, flavor selections, preferred delivery time window, and any notes you include. We do not collect or store payment card information — that is handled directly by Stripe.
2. How We Use It
We use your information solely to process and deliver your order and to communicate with you about it via WhatsApp. We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not send unsolicited messages.
3. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the third-party services required to operate this website and fulfill orders:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
- Google — order form submissions are collected via Google Apps Script and stored in Google Sheets for order management.
- Mapbox — used for delivery address autocomplete on this website. Mapbox receives your address input as you type it.
4. How Long We Keep It
We retain order records for as long as needed to run our business and resolve any disputes. If you would like your personal data deleted, contact us and we will remove it from our records promptly.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us directly via WhatsApp or Instagram. We will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. Mapbox may set functional cookies in connection with its address autocomplete feature. No behavioral data is collected or sold.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our business or practices change. The current version will always be available at this page. The date at the top of this section reflects the most recent revision.
